National standard "guide for power system security and stability" issued

According to the State Administration of technical supervision and administration, on December 31, 2019, the State Administration of market supervision and administration and the State Standardization Administration jointly issued announcement No. 17 of 2019, officially releasing the mandatory national standard GB 38755-2019 "guidelines for safety and stability of power system".
The standard will come into effect on July 1, 2020, replacing the original industry standard DL 755-2001. The standard is under the centralized management of the national energy administration and proposed by the national power grid operation and Control Standard Committee (SAC / tc446), which is affiliated to the national dispatching center. The standard committee has organized and coordinated the establishment of a compilation organization with wide participation and full professional coverage. The drafting group members include state grid, China Southern Power Grid, Inner Mongolia electric power, five power generation groups and other power generation enterprises There are 23 planning and design units such as electric power planning institute and scientific research institutions. And an expert advisory group including seven academicians.

The third is to highlight the principle, put forward the principle requirements and basic specifications for the structure of power grid and power supply, new energy grid standards and other issues. Fourth, pay attention to systematicness, design the standard system of power system as a whole, and do a good job in the connection of "stability guidelines", "technical guidelines" and other power system standards. The five is to reflect the advanced nature, adapt to the development of power grid, put forward new ideas, regulate the integration of new energy sources, encourage the popularization of new technologies and the application of new equipment. The sixth is to ensure the guidance, study and solve the problems exposed in reality and the contradictions in future development, and put forward guiding opinions. It is a compulsory basic standard to guide the future to ensure the safe, stable, economic and high-quality operation of China's power system.
